Refund & Delivery Policy

1. What we sell

Woof & Meow sells digital products: landing page templates, contact forms and PDF guides for dog and cat owners, trainers and small pet businesses. All products are our own original creations and are sold as digital downloads — nothing physical is shipped.

2. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, your download link is sent to the email address you provided, usually within minutes. If you do not receive it within one hour, please check your spam folder first, then email woofandmeow.shop25@gmail.com and we will resend it right away.

3. Refunds

We want you happy with your purchase. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the product was not delivered, does not work as described, or is not what you expected.

To request a refund, email woofandmeow.shop25@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Paystack and Stripe. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
